What is nocodazole? Probably a lot of people don't know it very well, and here's the introduction:
Nocodazole is an anti-tumor drug that works by bringing microtubules together. Microtubules are vital to cell into a period of mitosis, many drugs, such as vincristine, colcemid, Nocodazole can interfere with the microtubule polymerization, so that cells stay in G2 / M phase of the cell cycle. In cell biology experiments, these drugs are often used to synchronize cells.
