What is the role of Pranoprofen

What is the role of Pranoprofen? Pranoprofen is a strange thing for many people, and here's the introduction to it:
Praprofen, the name of a drug, is known as 2-5h-[1] benzene and pyridine [2, 3-b] pyridine-7-base propionic acid, with significant analgesia, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, and anti-rheumatism. Pralofen propionic acid derivative is a non-steroidal anti - inflammatory analgesic drug, which can inhibit the biosynthesis of prostaglandins and exert the effects of heat, analgesia and anti-inflammatory. The inhibitory effect of praprofen on the fever of rabbits was greater than that of indomethacin, ibuprofen and aspirin, and had little effect on normal body temperature. In the experiment of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) which caused the fever of rabbits in rabbits, oral administration of the drug was carried out by using the syrup, and the antipyretic effect was dose-dependent. In addition, animal experiments showed that the analgesic effect of pralofen was stronger than ibuprofen and aspirin.
